Bipin Subedi is a licensed advocate by the Bar Council of Nepal since 2016. He is a member of the Kathmandu District Court Bar since 2016. Bipin Subedi specializes in business, commercial, trade, corporate, and constitutional law. He offers legal consultation on various corporate, commercial, and civil law matters and represents clients in multiple legal cases at various courts in Nepal.

Bipin Subedi has advised and assisted clients in structuring investment transactions, project financing, aircraft leasing, trademark disputes, arbitration, regulatory proceedings, and corporate due diligence, and has provided legal services to a wide range of industries, including hydropower, banking, aviation, telecommunication, hotel and management, e-commerce, media, food, software, tobacco, and research & consulting industries.

Bipin Subedi is currently a founding partner at Alliance Legal Services located in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, and also works as a legal consultant at Chaudhary Group, Sanepa, Lalitpur, Hukum Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (HC Dugar Group), Thimi, Bhaktapur, Alka Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, and Samrat Cement Company Pvt. Ltd., Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

Bipin Subedi has a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary (2017-2018) and ranked 3rd in the overall international business law program. He completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Kathmandu School of Law (Purbanchal University), Bhaktapur, Nepal (2010-2015) and was the LLB Program University Topper, Gold Medal Award 2016. He also has an Intermediate in Science (I.Sc.) from St. Xavier’s College (Tribhuvan University), Kathmandu, Nepal (2008-2010).

Bipin Subedi has received several honours and awards throughout his career, including the Hulas Chandra LLB Program Topper Gold Medal Award 2015 by Purbanchal University on the occasion of the Convocation Ceremony on 5 March 2017 and the Nepal Bidhya Bhusan Medal ‘Ga’ 2018 by the Honorable President of Nepal on the occasion of 39th National Education Day on 8 September 2018.
